HoReCa platform for restaurants
The problem
Many restaurants and pizzerias have a static website that nobody updates, a menu in just one language even in a tourist and border city like Trieste, and no direct channel with their customers.
The solution
A multi-tenant platform: each venue has its own website with a separate domain, design and database, and manages it from an admin panel. Content and menus in several languages (Italian, English, German, Slovenian, French and others), an online ordering module with takeaway, delivery and table ordering via QR code, customer communications, a "Work with us" section with job postings, PWA, automatic maintenance mode during releases. The same APIs serve the website and the mobile apps.

Flutter app and native Android app
Mobile apps for restaurant customers and staff
The problem
Every restaurant wants its own app with its own name and colours, but developing and maintaining a different app for each one is not sustainable.
The solution
A single Flutter codebase from which a script generates each venue's app, with name, icon and colours taken from its website. Sign-in with a Google account, push notifications, coupons, orders. For staff, a native multi-role Android app (till, waiting staff, kitchen, riders, manager) with real-time updates via WebSocket is in development.

Multiplayer game for iOS and Android
Math Penalty
The problem
Practising mental arithmetic is dull, and educational games rarely hold up against a real game: they lack challenge, real opponents and a reason to come back.
The solution
A penalty shootout between two players connected in real time: the kicker picks the operation and the direction, the goalkeeper has to solve the sum before the timer runs out. Online 1v1 matches with matchmaking, eight-player knockout tournaments that always start (bots fill the empty slots), an offline mode against the CPU, leaderboards, Google and Apple sign-in, a token shop with in-app purchases and mediated advertising. Interface in 10 languages, including Arabic, Hindi and Japanese. Designed, developed and published by me on both stores.

My Delivery Track
The problem
In businesses that do home delivery, the drivers' mileage, shifts, takings and reimbursements are noted down by hand, with errors and arguments at the end of the month.
The solution
An installable web application (PWA) in which the driver records shifts and deliveries from their phone, with GPS tracking of routes and automatic receipt reading via OCR. The administrator manages vehicles, reports and monthly closings, and the cashier sees the day's takings. Each business has its own subdomain and its own data, with features that can be enabled by plan tier.

Trust Real Estate
The problem
In a property sale, trust is missing on both sides: buyers fear mortgages, cadastral and planning irregularities and hidden defects; sellers fear buyers who are not serious or cannot pay. The checks come late, often just before completion, when a problem kills the deal.
The solution
Move the checks upstream: a certified property dossier, prepared by qualified technicians before negotiations start, which puts already-verified documentation on the table. I handled the analysis of the market and of international precedents, the business model, the regulatory framing and the investor pitch deck, making intensive use of AI agents for research and source verification.
